The petition of J. L. Ladendorff Showeth,
That the undersigned, having purchased the above Lot for the purpose of erecting a Foundling Hospital, and having been informed, that benevolent institutions are exempted from paying ground rent to the Crown, humbly prayeth His Excellency for the exemption of the ground-rent, resting on this Lot.
